MANIFESTO CONTRA A PRIVATIZAÇÃO DAS PRAIAS
*Privatizar as praias é autorizar que hotéis e empresas de turismo estabeleçam cercas e outros recursos do gênero para impedir o acesso público e garantir a prestação de serviços de todo gênero, exclusivos aos clientes.*
*A proposta é imoral e representa uma expropriação do direito da população ter acesso a um dos seus únicos espaços de laser gratuito.*
*[1/4 10:02] Hylton Luz: O Projeto de Lei 4444/2021 tem o objetivo promover mudanças na gestão dos bens patrimoniais públicos. Neste sentido, através de seus artigos 15 e 16, institui o Programa Nacional de Gestão Eficiente do Patrimônio Imobiliário Federal, ameaçando a condição de bem público de uso comum de nossas praias.

Esses artigos autorizam a União a transformar as orlas e praias marítimas, estuarinas, lacustres e fluviais federais em Zona Especial de Uso Turístico (ZETUR) para fins de exploração turística, acabando com o uso público de até 10% da faixa de areia natural de cada município, limitando a circulação de pessoas pela praia nas áreas que serão ocupadas por hotéis, parques privados, clubes, marinas ou outras que sejam autorizadas pelo Ministério do Turismo.*
*No Brasil temos orgulho de dizer que as praias são de livre acesso, que são públicas e democráticas. Esta proposta de lei ameaçam uma parte importantes deste nosso bem público de uso comum, nossas orlas e praias.*
*As praias e orlas pertencem à Zona Costeira, considerada Patrimônio Nacional pela Constituição Federal. Isso não significa dizer que as zonas costeiras são bens de propriedade da União, mas que, na verdade, são bens considerados como Patrimônio Nacional de interesse de todos os brasileiros.*
*Não podemos deixar de proteger a biodiversidade e as paisagens, as diferentes culturas, os múltiplos usos e as atividades sociais das nossas praias. Não podemos permitir a privatização das nossas praias, nem de 1% delas! Vamos dizer NÃO ao PL 4444/2021.

Isso da privatização das praias chega a ser absurdo, psicótico e doentio. Privatização é roubo. E isso prova que capitalista, neoliberal, liberal, libertário de direita, anarcocapitalista, objetivista randiano, direitista e relacionados são tudo doente mental. E vivemos em um país e em um mundo tomados por doentes mentais que podem fazer de tudo apenas por não serem antissociais. Triste isso. A única forma de se lidar com capitalistas, neoliberais, libertários de direita, anarcocapitalistas, objetivistas randianos, direitistas e relacionados é na base da porrada e da bala... Infelizmente... O mesmo para ateus militantes, neoateus, antiteístas, neopositivistas, céticos militantes, livre pensadores, pessoas que defendem testes de QI, materialistas militantes, cientificistas e relacionados. Eu sou contra a privatização das praias e eu também já sou completamente contra o capitalismo, liberalismo, neoliberalismo, libertarianismo de direita, anarcocapitalismo, objetivismo randiano, direitismo e relacionados. *Privatiser les plages, c'est permettre aux hôtels et aux entreprises touristiques d'établir des clôtures et d'autres moyens de ce type pour empêcher l'accès du public et garantir la fourniture de services de toutes sortes, exclusifs aux clients*.
*La proposition est immorale et représente une expropriation du droit de la population à avoir accès à l'un de ses seuls espaces de loisirs gratuits.

*Au Brésil, nous sommes fiers de dire que les plages sont librement accessibles, qu'elles sont publiques et démocratiques. Cette proposition de loi menace une partie importante de notre bien public à usage commun, nos côtes et nos plages.
*Les plages et les rivages appartiennent à la zone côtière, considérée comme patrimoine national par la Constitution fédérale. Il ne s'agit pas de dire que les zones côtières sont la propriété de l'Union, mais que, de fait, elles sont considérées comme un patrimoine national présentant un intérêt pour tous les Brésiliens*.
*Nous ne pouvons cesser de protéger la biodiversité et les paysages, les différentes cultures, les usages multiples et les activités sociales de nos plages. Nous ne pouvons pas permettre la privatisation de nos plages, même pas 1% d'entre elles ! Disons NON au PL 4444/2021.

*Privatisierung von Stränden bedeutet, dass Hotels und Tourismusunternehmen Zäune und andere Mittel errichten können, um den Zugang der Öffentlichkeit zu verhindern und die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen aller Art exklusiv für Kunden zu gewährleisten.
*Der Vorschlag ist unmoralisch und stellt eine Enteignung des Rechts der Bevölkerung auf Zugang zu einem ihrer einzigen freien Freizeiträume dar.
*[1/4 10:02] Hylton Luz: Der Gesetzesentwurf 4444/2021 zielt darauf ab, Änderungen in der Verwaltung des öffentlichen Eigentums zu fördern. In diesem Sinne wird durch die Artikel 15 und 16 das Nationale Programm zur effizienten Verwaltung des Bundesimmobilienvermögens eingeführt, das den Zustand des öffentlichen Vermögens der gemeinsamen Nutzung unserer Strände bedroht.
Diese Artikel ermächtigen die föderale Regierung, die föderalen Meeres-, Mündungs-, See- und Flussstrände in eine Sonderzone für die touristische Nutzung (ZETUR) umzuwandeln, wobei die öffentliche Nutzung von bis zu 10 % des natürlichen Sandstreifens in jeder Gemeinde beendet wird und der Personenverkehr am Strand auf die Bereiche beschränkt wird, die von Hotels, privaten Parks, Clubs, Jachthäfen oder anderen, vom Tourismusministerium genehmigten Einrichtungen belegt werden.*
*In Brasilien sind wir stolz darauf, dass die Strände frei zugänglich sind, dass sie öffentlich und demokratisch sind. Dieser Gesetzesvorschlag bedroht einen wichtigen Teil unseres öffentlichen Gemeinguts, unsere Küsten und Strände.
*Die Strände und Küsten gehören zur Küstenzone, die laut Bundesverfassung als nationales Kulturgut gilt. Dies bedeutet nicht, dass die Küstengebiete Eigentum der Union sind, sondern dass sie als nationales Erbe von Interesse für alle Brasilianer betrachtet werden.
*Wir dürfen nicht aufhören, die biologische Vielfalt und die Landschaften, die verschiedenen Kulturen, die Mehrfachnutzung und die sozialen Aktivitäten an unseren Stränden zu schützen. Wir können nicht zulassen, dass unsere Strände privatisiert werden, nicht einmal 1 % von ihnen! Sagen wir NEIN zu PL 4444/2021.

In die zin wordt bij de artikelen 15 en 16 het Nationaal Programma voor een efficiënt beheer van de federale onroerende goederen ingesteld, waardoor de toestand van de openbare goederen van gemeenschappelijk gebruik van onze stranden wordt bedreigd.
Deze artikelen machtigen de federale regering om de stranden van de federale zeeën, riviermondingen, meren en rivieren om te vormen tot een speciale toeristische gebruikszone (ZETUR), waarbij het openbare gebruik van maximaal 10% van de natuurlijke zandstrook in elke gemeente wordt beëindigd en het verkeer van personen op het strand wordt beperkt in zones die zullen worden ingenomen door hotels, privé-parken, clubs, jachthavens of andere door het ministerie van Toerisme erkende voorzieningen.*
*In Brazilië zijn we er trots op te kunnen zeggen dat stranden vrij toegankelijk zijn, dat ze openbaar en democratisch zijn. Dit wetsvoorstel vormt een bedreiging voor een belangrijk deel van ons gemeenschappelijk bezit, onze kusten en stranden.
* De stranden en oevers behoren tot de kustzone, die door de federale grondwet als nationaal patrimonium wordt beschouwd. Dit betekent niet dat de kustgebieden eigendom zijn van de Unie, maar in feite dat zij worden beschouwd als nationaal patrimonium dat van belang is voor alle Brazilianen.*

*La proposta è immorale e rappresenta un'espropriazione del diritto della popolazione ad avere accesso ad uno dei suoi unici spazi di svago gratuiti.
*[1/4 10:02] Hylton Luz: Il disegno di legge 4444/2021 mira a promuovere cambiamenti nella gestione della proprietà pubblica. In questo senso, attraverso i suoi articoli 15 e 16, istituisce il Programma Nazionale di Gestione Efficiente del Patrimonio Immobiliare Federale, minacciando la condizione di bene pubblico di uso comune delle nostre spiagge.

Cada vez mais eu vejo a necessidade da criação da República Socialista Mundial sobre um governo do mesmo estilo que a FRT/PCTB. Não é atoa que eu já teorizei o socialismo da FRT/PCTB e o comunismo da FRT/PCTB, e também o monteirismo da FRT/PCTB, mas sou contra o divisionismo da esquerda agora também, só pra deixar claro. Mehr und mehr sehe ich die Notwendigkeit der Schaffung einer sozialistischen Weltrepublik unter einer Regierung nach dem Vorbild der FRT/PCTB. Kein Wunder, dass ich bereits den FRT/PCTB-Sozialismus und den FRT/PCTB-Kommunismus theoretisiert habe, und auch den FRT/PCTB-Monteirismus, aber ich bin jetzt auch gegen den linken Divisionismus, nur um das klarzustellen. Und wir sollten die sozialistische Weltrepublik so schnell wie möglich verwirklichen, vor allem nach dem Vorbild des türkischen Unabhängigkeitskrieges und der russischen Revolution von 1917, mit dem Ziel, die ganze Welt zur sozialistischen Weltrepublik zu machen, und auch Technologien zur Verteidigung gegen die Singularität, sehr fortschrittliche Technologien zur Raketenabwehr und andere Technologien des Technoquantismus, der Post-Raum-Zeit und dergleichen entwickeln. E dovremmo realizzare al più presto la Repubblica Socialista Mondiale, principalmente nello stile della guerra d'indipendenza della Turchia e della rivoluzione russa del 1917, con l'obiettivo di fare di tutto il mondo la Repubblica Socialista Mondiale, e anche sviluppare tecnologie di difesa antisingolare, tecnologie antimissile molto avanzate, e altre tecnologie del tecnoquantumismo, post-spazio-tempo e simili. Все больше и больше я вижу необходимость создания Всемирной Социалистической Республики под управлением правительства того же стиля, что и ФРТ/ПКТБ.
